Two Oppeln Box Cars Two Belgian State Railways (SNCB/NMBS) type Oppeln boxcars. One car is in a short version, without a brakemans cab and without a brakemans platform. One car has a brakemans platform. The cars look as they did in Era III. (ex DRB Ghs type Oppeln), later referred to as Glms (1964). Green painting with yellow inscriptions. 1 car without brakemans platform and 1 car with brakemans platform and parapet. Both cars in plastic. Equipped with close coupling mechanism and coupling holder according to NEM standard. Equipped with Marklin couplings and wheels for three rail (AC - alternating current). ). Cars are individually packed in a common packaging. Additional information: A number of these cars ended up at the NMBS after WWII. They were painted green in the classic house style. The Oppeln type wagons are recognizable by the point-shaped reinforcement under the chassis. More than 28,000 units were built between 1938 and 1945. From 1956 they were given a seven-part number and were systematically painted in red-brown. In 1964 they received a UIC number.
