ICE Express Train Passenger Car Set German Railroad (DB AG) ICE express train passenger car set comprising 7 former Metropolitan passenger cars of various types in ICE/IC livery. One type Apmz 116.0 express train passenger car, 2nd class, running number 1. 1x type Apmz 116.1 express train passenger car, 2nd class, running number 2. 1x type Apmkz 116.6 express train passenger car, 2nd class, running number 3. One type Apmz 116.4 express train passenger car, 2nd class, running number 4. One type Apmz 116.2 express train passenger car, 2nd class, running number 5. One type Apmkz 116.6 express train passenger car, 1st class, running number 6. One type Apmbzf 116.8, express train control car, 1st class, running number 7. Train route Cologne - Berlin Ostbahnhof, as ICE 1051. The cars look as they did after 2015. All cars have factory-installed indirect LED interior lighting, which can be dimmed and controlled digitally using a decoder in the control car. There are buffer capacitors to bridge short spots without current. The control car is fitted with an mfx digital decoder. The triple headlights and dual red marker lights will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. Long-distance headlights, cab lighting, and control desk lighting in the control car can be controlled separately in digital operation. There are 4-pole current-conducting couplers fitted between the express train passenger cars. The express train passenger car with running number 1 is fitted with a 2-pole coupler in an NEM pocket as an electrical connection to the locomotive. Maintenance-free warm-white and red LEDs are used for the lighting. Car 1 is aligned with the locomotive with a rubber gangway connection. The interior details are modeled in detail in multiple colors. For operation on larger radii, the skirt fitted as standard in the area of the couplings at the ends of the cars can be replaced with a separately supplied skirt. A defined car sequence is specified to enable the full functionality of the entire train.
