6-axle double articulated container transport car, type Sggrss 80 (DB type Sggrss 733.2), for combined freight service. Traffic red basic paint scheme. Deutsche Bahn AG (DB AG), registered in Germany. Loaded with one 40-foot high-cube box container and one standard-height 40-foot box container. The car looks as it did around 2015.
Prototypical openwork metal flat car floors with distinctive fishbelly-shaped outer longitudinal beams. Type Y 25 bogies. Both flat car halves rest on the center bogie on movable bearings. The underside of the flat car floors has separately applied brake lines and air reservoirs. Folding transitions on the top of the flat car floors above the center bogie in the articulation area. Separately applied grab bars at the ends of the cars and shunting hooks. The car is loaded with a 40-foot high-cube box container and a standard-height 40-foot box container, both removable. |
